Construction of two Concrete Reservoirs, each 1,500,0000 m3 Capacity, 2.2m Diameter 5-kilometer long  PCCP. Two  Inlet Pressure Pipelines underground from Jubail SWCC Water Transmission Lines entering Riyadh City to High Point Reservoirs & 2.2m Diameter 5 kilometer long  PCCP Two outlet Gravity Pipelines underground from Reservoirs to Riyadh City Water Supply Network complete with motorized isolation valve Chambers/Washout Chambers, Gas Chlorination System equipped with Power Plant & Control System, Telemetry based SCADA System for pipelines.

Construction of 50,000 m3/d Dam Water Pre-Treatment Plant ( Extendable to Designed Capacity 100,000 m3/d) comprised of many process concrete water structures/tanks/ ( 5000 to 50,000  m3 ). Many buildings, roads, 5500KW Power Plant, Product Water Pumping Station(100,000 m3/hr at 55 bar) and  58.5 km long 500mm diameter Carbon Steel Water Transmission line equipped with cathodic Protection, Isolation Valve/Washout Chambers and Telemetry based SCADA System going to Shuwaiba from Helli Dam.

Construction of five shallow wells(each 20,000 m3/d) complete with pump, power plant and their interconnection with ductile iron pipes up to Raw Water Tank in the plant.
